In an ideal world I would like maybe an inch extra in the hips but this is how my navy sack dress fits too. It's not tight or anything but maybe not as sacklike in the bottom half as it is on the model. Size up would be too big on top (this is already sized up to accommodate my hips). Fabric and print are lovely as expected.
