These are the Sam Edelman Petty booties recommended in this thread for narrow ankles. I'm wearing them with my thickest winter tights. I think I still look like I'm wearing Mommy's shoes. What do you think?

Aquamarine -- I like those a lot, and they're even brown. Alas, they're sold out, but it started me looking at Aquatalia booties all over the Internet. Lots of great stuff. Will definitely check out whatever Aquatalia styles my local Nordstrom has.
