Debora, we ate like kings on our trip. I don't think we had a bad meal. I tried to eat as much local fare as possible, in both places that meant a lot of meat. The thing that I keyed into food wise in Prague were the savory pancake things. These were in between pancakes and crepes and filled with cheeses and some kind of meat. They were pretty good. I also liked the goulashes.

My in-laws love eating out so they took us to some amazing places. There is a family of restaurants in Prague headed by the Zatisi Group. We ate a two of their restaurants and were just amazed at both. I am grateful to my in-laws for these experiences because we probably wouldn't have gone to those restaurants on our own as they were quite expensive.

Sounds so delicious! I'm so glad you had a wonderful trip. It's a beautiful city and the architecture is amazing. I did a little shopping when I was there and picked up a few small pieces of Czech crystal and an entire set of Zwiebelmuster Blue Onion china. It's a classic European pattern and I couldn't resist the great prices. It brings back fond memories every time I use it.
