one of the things which really got me thinking in 2018 was how deeply the #metoo movement hit the fashion/retail world...this was on my mind as i laid out my 2019 style goals.

#3 put an emphasis on buying from companies meet my criteria of being ethical...

for me this means looking for and buying from companies that have women at the helm....which brings me to this question about Baukjen. the "about our brand" on their website talks about the women who founded it and the "our mission" pages make this company sound like the practice ethical manufactoring....but, its a private company so its hard to get additional info....anyone know anything about it? have an 1st hand experience?
