Hi, I'm new here, but I need some feedback about my outfit for a St. Vincent concert I'm going to. I'm planning to wear a white sleeveless Peter Pan top, black shorts with buttons on the front with tights, and a black sweater with sequins at the shoulders if it's cold. Is this the right thing to wear to a concert like this or is it overdressed (I'm pretty sure it's not underdressed)?
