That doesn't count for me as "time spent"! That is my hobby, my escape! When my son was ill, I loved to go to ylf, I didn't comment much, but I saw your looks laugh with you.

Rute, when I am crazy busy I come on YLF for a second - sometimes on my phone in the bathroom! - and it's such a joy to 'see' everyone even if I don't have time to comment.

I guess the followup question that I didn't ask in my original post, but that most of you touched on, is whether you are happy with the amount of time you're spending, or whether you wish it was less or wish you had more to spend. I'm pretty happy with my 1-2 hours a day average. Sometimes I feel like it's too much, because other people in my life don't spend that much time, but then it's not a particular interest of theirs; it's just something they do to be decently clad.

I will agree that forum surfing here isn't always all about fashion for me. It's definitely a social outlet foremost, and fashion secondarily.
If I add my my total time here, I could probably quantify it as a part time job LOL.

Ye-es. Well. Probably 4 hours a day total. I take the weekends off as regards the computer part generally. But hey! This is all my entertainment! Very little tv, no movies, no restaurants, no plays, no concerts...

That's my excuse. Hehe.

Hm. I've never really thought about it. Some weeks, I will spend several hours a day, scrolling through during lulls at the office - often during seasonal shifts, I find, which is consistent with when I give a hoot about shopping and/or have discontent with my wardrobe.

Other times, I spend almost no time at all on it - I'm completely content with everything I own and feel quite satisfied with my options and variety.

A lot. YLF is my main internet "home" so I'm on here a lot. I also spend a decent amount of time planning outfits, caring for my clothes, and managing my closet. Oh, and keeping track of my purchases and how often I wear things. Let's just say... a lot. But fashion is my main hobby so I am unrepentant!
