I have two rib-knit fitted turtlenecks on the way to me. Fingers crossed that these are "the ones" -- I've tried a lot of t-necks in the past year and none of them have been quite right. These are modal blends, rather than just cotton, which I'm usually quite hesitant about. I've not been impressed with modal's durability or comfort (too "fuzzy" feeling for me), but Amour Vert's knits in general get great reviews.

I'm hoping that these will serve as replacements for the two merino layering sweaters I let go of recently because they were just too itchy for me. It is hard to find knits that feel luxe, substantial, not clingy, not scratchy, and with seams that lay flat for a smooth finish. I really dislike body-con tops with poorly-constructed seams that bulge or "bubble" at the shoulders, collar, or side-seams and I've encountered a lot of that recently! I will report back on these two when they arrive.
