I use and like both, just depends on the garment and its cut/color. Also note that boxer shorts are now available for women, and sometimes those can be even more comfortable.
Ha, I just weeded my extensive Skimmies collection because I realized that I seldom wore dresses this summer. A few pairs in light colors will do for me. I hope if I donate them they will be worn - but I have no idea if thrift stores carry these. They represent a lot of money when piled up.
