IK, the shape reminded me of the play dresses like this that my girls used to wear when they were little. I wasn't sure if that's what it would harken for others.

My favorite is the grey stripe but the blue is nice. Perfect for layering. With tights and boots, these will be great for Fall and that could amp up the sophistication if it worries you.
