Anyone looking for an inexpensive but seemingly-decent quality bateau neck striped tee to complete your French-inspired looks, I picked up one at H&M the other day. True to size (a medium fits me, or size up for a little slouchier look), nice little button detailing on the sleeve, and a neckline that is not too wide. $18 so I figured it's worth a try.
