boots for indoor slipper substitutes at parties, but what are your thoughts on these retro funky booties for regular wear?

The fact that they are already in my Finds and I spent 10 minutes this morning on The Bay's website vainly trying to source them should tell you what I think. Still hoping they will show up on the Bay's product list. They had the silver ankle strap pumps earlier this year, so it's worth a shot. They also have the other booties but not leather and not as dressy.

"Modern Retro Fabness. Looks like a go-go boot with current sass. So far, the best trendy silver high-shaft bootie of the season. The shaft does not dig into you as you stride. Works on a low and regular volume foot. Good fit on a narrow ankle. NOTE: the colour is off in the photo. They are quite a bit darker, and a blue slate grey. The metallic does not look like it will scuff that easily".
