Oh I LOVE weddings! This is so much fun to see everyone's pictures. Thank you for starting this thread! Here are a couple of mine.

We got married in June 2003. The background may look familiar - we took a lot of our pictures at the Pike's Place Market in downtown Seattle. The last picture is for the gals who went to the Seattle meet-up in December - recognize the blue chaise? We saw it when we walked through the lobby of the Hotel Monaco to go to Sazerac for brunch!

Such lovely photos ladies!
(Christy, I recognize that backdrop ^^)

Such lovely, happy photos!

For anyone with young daughters, I saw a neat idea to photograph your young ones in your wedding dress to use on her wedding day.

Well I don't often get a chance to share my wedding photos and they are 20 years old. Unfortunately I only have copies in my wedding album none on film or that I have scanned apart from this one which is pre-wedding with my 2 brothers, sister and parents.

It was the 90s and 'd been talked into wearing a huge princess gown by my girlfriends - not what I had originally gone looking for. At the reception I had to send my bridesmaids into the loos to clear them out as the hoops in my skirt were so big I had trouble getting into the stalls without a lot of help - and privacy.

EDIT - just freaked out reading a post about feeling dafe posting photos on this forum. I feel safe but haven't asked my family if they are ok with it so have removed the photo.

Wow, I love all these wonderful pics! So fun to see everyone's style reflected on their big day, and all the cute couple pics!

Angie--wow, amazing that you designed your own dress!
Marianna and Diana--can't wait to see your own pics!
Rae--gorgeous dress and so you! Rock on! (I love that you used it on your rock album and video!)
Amy--gorgeous wedding setting, even if it was hot! What a grand entrance you make!
MaryK--love the his and her wedding boots--so fun!
Kirti--you look stunning and the bright colors are so pretty on you!
Sarah--how great that all your family members are so crafty!
Christieanne--too bad you didn't get a pic, your outfit sounds really fun.
AJ--lovely train and I love the beading and lace details (looks kind of similar to mine!)
Nancy--what an impressively beautiful lace coat!
Janet--love the family photo! You look so pretty!
Nadya--love the cake photo of you & your DH!
Victoria--awesome beach photos!
Sara--what a beautiful family heirloom veil!
Christy--gorgeous pics, looks straight out of a wedding magazine!
Laurinda--that is an awesome idea, must think about doing that with DD!
Jean--wow, even back then you knew what colors flatter you the most!
Kiwichick--hopefully you will be able to repost the photo, can't wait to see.

Here are mine--I just took some snapshots of my wedding album, because we don't have digital copies. I couldn't narrow it down, these are all my favorites! I wore a slightly off-shoulder gown with beading on the bodice and train. (I still like the style and would wear it if our wedding was today). I had my hair twisted into a low chignon with a strand of pearls wrapped through it. And we had our favorite stuffed bear with us--he dressed up too.

Kiwichik, you look so gorgeous and I love your hair!

Thanks Victoria Hubbie & I celebrated our 20th anniversary this year.

My pics are from the Spirit of Washingon on the Potomac River on a beautiful May day 19 yrs ago.

I was having hard time finding a veil/headpiece, and was determined to have one, so I was going to make one - which turned out to be harder than I ever thought. Luck would have it that a few days before the wedding, I wandered into a thrift store that just happened to have my perfect veil!!! I was so happy, and I got it for a pittance.

The last pic is of me "dancing" with my father-in-law, who was in the hospital and too ill to attend our wedding. Once the festivities were over on the boat, we all caravanned over the Walter Reed Hospital and performed a ceremony for him (he was supposed to the best man, my MIL stood in for him at the actual ceremony). It was the most beautiful day of my life, second only to holding my new baby boys many years later.
