Your denim on denim + green jacket outfit is PERFECT. It was hard for me to see how Angie's formula would work without an example, but you've just given us all one! You need to be on the blog as a "formula success story"
I love everything! But especially the first top and your denim shirt with the green jacket, that's PERFECT. You new haircut looks fantastic too. And I can't believe you're trying some Docs too, so exiting! The purple patent 20-eyelet sound fabulous, I'm looking forward to seeing them on you. I'm going to the DM store today too.
I love it all, and am squee-ing about the green jacket because I am expecting mine in the mail tomorrow and we are going to be bright green jacket twins! Big fun!!

What a great shopping trip! Like many others, I really love the apple green jacket--it's gorgeous and so fab! I think the faux fur wrap would work perfectly crossed in front and worn under a jacket. You can also take a safety pin and pin the pieces together underneath, so it's hidden.
Amy, you mentioned a few days ago that you were feeling down. I hope that you are feeling better! You certainly bring sunshine and brightness to YLF, that's for sure :).
Oh, the GREEN! I am in love with that color (and it looks great with your double denim). I can't wear that shade, though, so wear it lots since I cannot! The Bobeau top is beautiful, too.

What a fabulous haul! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the shiny top.... but that might just be my own aversion to shiny tops.
Love that green blazer. I've been eyeing those. I tried on the pink a while back and plan to revisit both colors. How did you find the sizing? As I recall, the only size available was a large and I couldn't decide if it was a proper fit... and the medium wasn't available to compare.

Vicki, I think I sized down. I read someone's review who said she usually wore a 7.5 and bought the equivalent of a 7 and it fit fine. I'll let you know how the sizing is when they arrive.
