Before YLF, I probably had about a dozen pairs of shoes. I think I'm in the 40's now...ACK!

Anyhoo, here are my 3 latest purchases:

1) You might have seen these from this post: http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....ck-booties. Angie liked them but didn't like it with skirts due to the ankle-gap ratio. Angie, if you are reading this, could I still wear with skirts if I wore tonal hose/stockings?

2) These are more fun in person than the stock picture shows. I don't have any leopard print shoes and the black sequins on the vamp sealed the deal!

3-4) SQUEEE!! Saw this today at Marshall's and it was luv at first sight!! I'm always attracted to patent leather and these Calvin Klein wedges are a pretty orange/coral lipstick color!!

Any thoughts on how to make these short boots work with skirts on my chicken bone legs would be much appreciated!

AJ, or should I call you the Shoe Queen:) All three pairs are fantastic. I love the ankle boots! The loafers are gorgeous and I am looking forward to seeing you style this with an outfit. They are in the stores here too and I am keen to see how they will be worn. And last but not least, those red wedges.....I want them! Stunning. You have a great eye for a great pair of shoes.

What a great selection of shoes! I do love those leopard loafers! Have you tried the boots with higher funky socks or tonal patterned tights? Possibly they will work better with a more midi length skirt?

Lurve the orange wedges! Cool striations in the patent! The leopard ones are fab too and I loved them in your WIW. The only thing I know to do with the booties is to wear black knee socks and scrunch them down. :/ I am a member of your (chicken leg) tribe.

I've gone the other way, pre YLF I had 70 odd mostly uncomfortable shoes now I have about 20 8 hour shoes, anyhow I digress! love the leopard and red shoes. The boots do look a little wide to wear with skirts/ dresses though I do like the idea of scruched up socks with them x

Love your haul, Shoe Twin! I fell in love with those CK wedges too--picked them up a couple of weeks ago at TJMaxx : ) I have a hard time finding pumps that don't slip on my narrow heel. These fit perfectly. Haven't had a chance to wear them yet but I do SO love them and they are not too high.

AJ, the front view of the boots on bare legs is great! It's the side view that I found problematic. Perhaps edit and post that picture.

Both the loafers and the wedges are 10's!
