Aw, thank you everyone! I'm soo happy that I went for it. My stylist cut only a few bangs because she didn't want me to have to grow out a huge chunk if I hated them. So on Saturday I'm going back in to have a few more cut to make them thicker. I put on royal purple eyeliner, gold shimmer shadow, and thick mascara and I feel uber edgy today.
My salon started carrying and using Kerastase products. They are pricey, but the difference is amazing. I also purchased an additional treatment from the line, and it made my hair so soft and silky even before the much-needed cut. It's fun how such a small change can influence my style. I'm loving it!
