"I guess my fear is that I'll tire of the sandals before I wear them out."

That would be my worry too. I have done that once with shoes, which makes me wary.

Yes. I've done it with sweaters, and with skirts, so I have a history!

I usually don't duplicate more than twice (i.e., 2 of the same item), but there are times when I deviate. The Alegria shoes are great for times when my arthritis acts up in my feet and I can't wear anything else.

They must be amazingly comfortable!

They are, and they have replaceable insoles. I bought normal colors like black and brown, not the zany colors that nurses or school teachers might wear.

Looks like a great sandal! If you get another pair, I'd suggest the snakeskin. I like the texture along with the color. I find I don't tire of sandals as quickly as winter shoes, and I have more pairs of summer shoes than winter. This is partly because they tend to be less expensive, and they take up less space. However, I also find I like variety in footwear when I can't create variety through cooler season layering.

I would duplicate. I have terrible feet and if I find something that works, I will buy in multiple colors.
