Anyway, hi. It's been a while, and that's because I'm an incredibly busy student in their last year of undergrad and trying very hard to get into a doctoral program in psychology. I'm about 97.6% sure that wearing these boots I totally just impulse-bought while I take the GRE and fill out my applications will increase my odds, because they're pure magic.

YES. I bought these too! Since they're the unisex 1460s, they're a bit roomy on my low-volume foot. I thought about sending them back, but couldn't do it! (They lace up nice and tight around the ankles, so not such a big deal.)

I have been really nostalgic for Docs lately. I got my first pair in grad school -- in a weird bright green because that was on sale and thus what I could afford at the time! Later I got DM mary janes, and wore them with business suits when I was working part time in a law office.

Yay, boot twins! My feet are higher volume, so I imagine they'll fit pretty well. I absolutely cannot wait to get them and start breaking them in. They're actually my first pair of Docs--I've been wanting to buy a pair for ages and ages but kept talking myself out of it.

Magic boots for the win! They should be worn on every first date, by brides, while giving birth, any time a bit of extra confidence is needed.

Joy--hear, hear! I will definitely be getting a lot of mileage out of these. My first thought was "Oh, nice, I can wear these to concerts!" but then I thought of more possibilities and came to the conclusion that they're perfect and should be worn as often as possible, to as many locations as possible, and for as many events as possible.
