I like the studs that I've been seeing lately that have a bit more refined look, just like the top that Debbie was enamoured with while shopping here with you.

Currently I dont' think I have much in the way of either adorning my clothing but I guess I'll vote team zipper for the following reasons.... there aren't many parts of my body that I need highlighted with a bunch of studs, whereas zippers usually provide a nice vertical line
Actually a year ago I was appalled at the idea of exposed zippers. I had an apoplexy every time I picked up a garment in the store and realized there was this big old zipper going down the back.... but I have slowly come around to embracing the look. I would not turn one down if it found it's way into something I like
Team stud here, although I worry if I'm embracing a trend, that means it's pretty close to being over!
I have some black flats with studs, a studded leather cuff, and a studded belt. I found a cute studded black cross body bag I loved, but passed because I figured it was overkill considering the other pieces I already have.
The only zipper-y item I have is a flower pin that came with a jacket.
I thought I would have to sit this one out BUT I do own and bag and belt with studs so it's team studs for me. I have no exposed zippers in my wardrobe.
