I think the theme of San Francisco shopping for me was short shorts. The weather was so nice there. I just won't get a whole heck of a lot of wear in Seattle.

Great point ManidipaM about giving them a gestation period. I am sure that in the cold light of day, Reason has prevailed and Shannon has stayed strong despite my efforts to tempt her! Good morning Meredith (and those following this crazy thread)! Just getting ready to head out and do the grocery shopping and had to check in. I must admit, that was a lot of fun last night with our back-and-forth!

Meredith - in all honesty they are lovely shoes and definitely suit my style. But alas, I must stay strong and remember that it's blouses I'm short on and that's what I'll be looking for when I'm done with SYC. I'm also reminding myself that I need a new puffer coat and flat knee high black leather boots for fall/winter - so here's "cheers" to you for thinking of me and being such a good sport! Love it.

You are so wise!! It is truly best to fill the REAL wardrobe holes! There is a sale at Express and even though I didn't NEED them, I couldn't resist purchasing 2 new faux leather jackets! One is dark navy (works with my navy capsule) and the other is a lovely color called whiskey! How could I resist? Of course this means I will now have 5 faux leather jackets and still no white jacket. All the back and forth last night was awesome! You are so much fun and I truly hope to be able to meet you in person one day! Clinking coffee cup with you this am.
