...plus c'est la meme chose.

Feeling spring fever, I was looking forward to my appointment with my hairstylist for a cut. Appointments are usually 3 months apart, but this time it has been 4 months. I have been growing out a much shorter do for the past year. Today I had it changed up from a stacked/inverted bob to a layered bob with graduated layers up the sides to help blend the fringe (which is cut to the tip of my nose). I could see the difference when blown dry and straightened, but air dried (after gym) it reverted to curly type. It got a little 'rounder' (which I like) over the course of the day.

This length seems to maximize the curl. Shorter, and it gets cut out. Longer and it gets pulled out. Believe it or not, it is almost long enough to pull into a stubby ponytail when straight. However, since we are going into the humid season (May to October) I'll be keeping this easy care style for the foreseeable future. It 'feels' very ME! All I do is wash it and rub a dab of leave in conditioner through it, and let it air dry.

For the record, I'm very happy with the stylist I found locally after I retired. I've had more good hair days than I can remember, in this past year.

Is your 'do signiture to your style? what is it about your 'do, that makes it 'you'?
