I honestly have no idea which would be best for your interview, but wow what a great bunch of outfits! I love #4 for once you get the job!

All of these are so pretty! I am having a very hard time choosing between 1, 6, and 7. 6 is so appealing to me because of the silhouette and the red purse so it wins by a hair. You will shine regardless of which one you wear. Good luck!

#1 and 6 have my vote. Good luck with the interview!

Aw, you are the best! Thank you for all the boost and advice. I'm now thinking that #1 probably is my best bet, and that #6 is good for any second round. It helped a lot posting everything together here and reading your comments. Norway IS casual, alas, and being too dressy will not send the right message. #1 is formal enough by far, and as I'm giving this mini lecture, too, I now feel confident that it will be the best choice. The booties keep this outfit more current than black heels, I think, they are more casual and thus more on the dressy level I aspire to. Thanks again!

Hands down 6 or 7... I'd hire you!

Haven't read the comments, and I don't know a thing about Europe's interview standards, but I vote for #1! Professional yet relaxed and engaging.

ETA: best of luck!

1 or 2 would be just perfect!

Yay, you picked my favorites! Good luck with the interview!

SOrry missed your asking back, yes 1 is good and with the modifications you mentioned also! Hope you did well! (Also 3 would be great with a jacket, like you proposed but I got the idea you went with 1 in the end)

as to heels, ...he he...it is mid winter and no body is wearing heels...even in offices ...do you change to heels normally at work?

He he, Jayne, I wear heels in Winter, too! Mostly stacked heels, that is. I wear boots and booties with heels, and I also wear heels at work, while wearing something more practical during commute. Thanks for getting back to the thread. The interview isn't until Monday, so I'm currently preparing my mock lecture.
