Morning ladies! (Well....its 9:15am here)

All your NAS purchases got me thinking about fall/winter dressing too...even though it's sweltering hot here. July/August are EOS sales in India as well, with almost all brands offering big discounts. I decided to make use of that and freshen up my winter wardrobe.

I wore a lot more skirts+tights last season. Our winter was milder than usual, and I lacked lightweight sweatshirts/sweaters that would go with skirts (and also pants, if needed). Most of my sweaters/sweatshirts were longer, so they didn't work all that well with mini skirts.

Also, I wanted to add some Olive to my winter wardrobe. I searched a lot for olive pants/jeans last year but didn't find anything. This year, I've scored these perfect relaxed fit olive high-waist jeans that I'm sure will be GREAT to wear all day long. I've also added a short olive sweatshirt (outfit 3). You can't see the details sadly, but it has a textured finish that keeps it from being too plain. I also updated my black skinnies --- my older pair have started to look faded & tired, so they'd be relegated to home-wear in winters. The ones you see here are the new skinnies....they have a zip at the bottom and I love this detail. I have 3 pairs of skinnies now with this exact detail becoz I love it so!

Here are the outfit details. I've styled nothing here....most toppers are bought to be worn with skirts & dresses but I'm showing them with the pants just to shown you guys everything new.

#1-2: The high waist olive pants with a denim-look sweatshirt. This sweatshirt is simply awesome! So lightweight...and I recommended something similar for Rachylou because I know this will work great over dresses & skirts for Fall too.

#3: Same jeans with a floral hoodie sweatshirt. I wanted a sweatshirt that was a little more interesting than a basic solid color so I can wear it at home with solid color skirts. This one is just cute (and a lighter weight than sweatshirts I already owned)

#4: The black skinnies with the lightweight olive top/sweatshirt. #5 & #6 are closeup shots.

#7-8: The grey bomber. As a lot of you suggested, I sized down. I don't really intend to wear it with jeans....I think it's a bit *too cropped* considering I'm very busty. I'll wear it with skirts & dresses. Just wanted to show you the fit of size S. Got to be the first size S item I've worn in a long long time!!!!

#9-10: All those of you with silky bombers to wear for chilly summer days tempted me to buy this!!! (And I'm looking at you Diane G....with your gorgeous pink silk bomber!) After all my recent plane, train, car travels, I realized I need one for the AC while traveling. Airports can be particularly freezing too....as can be your car when you're driving non-stop for 6-7 hours with the AC cranked up on high (otherwise your dogs start panting like crazy!!!!) I wanted a floral print but my husband convinced me to buy this rather fun print!!! I'm adding the online photo becoz details in my picture are hard to notice.

PS: Thanks to everyone (Isabelle, Angie & Aida esp) who encouraged me to cut my hair. I did it!!! It's looking better again Though I've not combed my hair or even washed my face at this point in the morning....)
