Plaid ponte pants from NAS?

Hi all, remember those great plaid pants that everybody bought two years ago but me? I've regretted that ever since, and would like to stalk them on Posh or eBay.

If you bought them, what brand were they? Thanks so much!

Nuancedream, in my memory, they were more a true plaid, not a big check, but thank you for your quick response!

Might have had pockets, too.

Are these the ones you’re thinking of? These two are from Kut — the grey/black ones from maybe two years ago and the others with black/grey/blue/brown are about 6-7 years old. I haven’t worn either one a ton since I’m off skinnies — they’re both in great condition so I keep them for possible wear with tall boots if the mood strikes.

I owned them too. They were great pants. They include grey and navy. They could be coordinated with nearly everything in my wardrobe. I always felt great wearing them.

I lost weight and they were purged.

I have those two as well. They are great pants. I haven't been wearing mine because the rise is just too low for me, and I end up passing them over for the high-waisted pants in my wardrobe. Maybe I'll press them into service this week with a longer top.

That was the year they had “Donna’s “ and “Diane’s”. I was sent the Donna which was a black and grey plaid like Janet’s first find. I wanted the Diane but could not get them to exchange. They were a nice quality.

One more question- did you find they stretched out with wear during the day? Enough to size down in the first place, I mean. I hate it when you can take off pants without unsnapping them!

Roberta, mine were both Diana's from KKK. Look for them on eBay, too. I've seen them there.

The Diana's do stretch out some with wear during the day, though not enough to size down. However, I did find that they ran big, and had to go down a size.

I had the Dianas....they were too stretchy and "legging-like" for my ordinary preferences but they did work for me for certain situations (heavy rain). I will say thought that mine wore out in the year. The pattern around the knee area noticeably faded out. I washed in delicate and never dried in dryer. Other than that, they were super comfy, though and nicely made.

I had the Dianas and agree they were pretty stretchy. They stayed up ok as I have a pretty defined waist, but I could definitely pull on/off by the end of the day.

I too had the Dianas and loved them. I wore them regularly and sadly found after about 10-12 wears that the plaid pattern on the knees and seat completely wore away. I returned them and ended up purchasing a different style - the Mia, which is straighter and less legging-like, higher waisted and a slightly more woven material (as opposed to ponte) though still stretchy. They have worn very well and I am considering another pair in a different plaid, as they are available on the Kut website.

I had them too . As others have also remarked they stretched out and the pattern completely faded on the knees . I was pretty disappointed with them, never thought of returning them they went to Goodwill I think .

Hey Roberta, what size would you need? I found my Donna’s (the black and grey ones) in my holding zone, and they are very legging like on me at my current size, and I’m not feeling the legging-ish fits these days. They are a size 8 and you can see how they fit me here (my legs are clearly not slim so they’d probably fit you differently). I’d be happy to send them to you if you think they’d work for you! Let me know.
