My clear top two are Nordstrom and Anthropologie. With the latter, I stalk items online and buy in-store (if they don't have it, shipping for in-store POS orders is free).
I also like to shop Zappos and Amazon for shoes (in addition to Nordie's), but my size is hard to find and my feet are fussy so I've learned to be wide-ranging in the shoe search. I keep up with Everlane new releases although often their aesthetic is too minimal for me and return shipping costs turn me off from trying items that may not fit. I have a straight upper half, so I can order tops from them knowing that they'll fit predictably based on the model shot.
I also try to shop fast fashion/mall stores like Express, Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, H&M... strangely not Zara, which seems overpriced for the inconsistent quality (and lack of petite sizes). But as my quality and fabrication meters have gotten pickier, I've bought less from those stores.
