TS, this is so much fun!
The first thing I notice is that you've picked tops in both solids and pattern, and that you have light, medium and dark valued colors. You also have various necklines. This is exactly the way I do it, too. A selection of significantly different valued colors and the mix of solids/patterns opts for a more interesting capsule. Your bottoms are not as varied, and for greater variety you could swap one of the jeans for a black or a white pant. I know you are not much of a skirt girl; The selection is great as is, by all means. Your toppers are significantly different, which I think is important because these two will be worn most frequently, along with the shoes. Now I want a Spiegel, too! The accessories and shoes are all versatile and well chosen. I love how you strengthen the animal print theme with the scarf and belt. Your new black booties could definitely be put to work along with this, and the leopard belt, too. That's not cheating, it's adjusting. A few extra accessories is always ok, but I also love your commitment to the original capsule recipe, because it forces us to be even more creative when we have less to play with.
The colors are beautiful! Burgundy, cream, brown, navy and emerald. They are all very harmonious and easily mixable. Your selection of animal prints are classic and adds lots of interest and texture.
Your outfit suggestions will probably work really well, all of them. It's a little difficult to assess outfits not seen on a body, but I'm sure these will suit you and your lifestyle as I know it. They reflect a put together, casual, modern classic style, and I'm sure you will find these outlines very useful and as great starting points in your fall wardrobe.
Well done, TS - thanks for sharing! I'm now inspired to look for a leopard belt and an animal print scarf, maybe a zebra this time.
