Now to find some in my size to try on for comparison. O:)

The shoes seem 100% you, but I am wavering on the pants. I was thinking they should be a bit shorter, but was unsure if that would do the trick. Perhaps it is Angie's suggestion that the waist should be higher as well that would make it a Yay!

Hm, I love your shoes, but I have to agree with Angie on this one. Compare your photo to the photo of the pants on the model -- on the model, the pants hit at the high hip and just below the swell of her calf. On you, they seem to hit low on your hip and almost to your ankle bone. I think it also helps that the Nordies photo paired the pants with black heels instead of nude; it's a lower contrast and helps keep the leg line going.

Sarah, I am still in love with the E&J trousers and now desire a pair as well. I think you look incredible in them. Vote #2 for me. =D

I strongly suspected that Angie wouldn't like these pants :), but I'm with Heather in still liking them on you! I think they look really good, especially with heels and a structured jacket.

Sarah, I still love the olive pants - sometimes you just like the feel of something, and I love a slouchy-feeling pair of pants.

Both Maya and I have those R&S pants, which are nice too, but on me the hem hits much lower because I'm short, and I don't have calves big enough to hold them up all scrunchy. They are more harem in shape, though - lots of pocket room.

Lovely sandals Sarah. I agree with general consensus on the pants. Love the look of the R&S ones you are considering instead. Una have we seen yours on you???

I dunno I love the pants, the shoes, the nail polish haha. I kind of don't understand the aversion to cropped pants. I think they can look great as long as they are worn with heels. But I am certainly no expert! I say if you feel great in them, keep them!

Well - I like the pants Sarah - to me they are a completely different look and silhouette than the R & S - and I like them sitting on your hips and where they hit above your ankles! Sometimes, a girl's just gotta' do what she's gotta' do - and I vote that ya' gotta' keep 'em! Also, LOVE those perfed sandals!

Reading these comments has been a lesson on proportion, hasn't it? I cannot speak to the pants as I am sorely lacking on the knowledge on the subject of proportion, but I will say the shoes are 100% awesome.

I agree with angie about the pants. I also don't like this shape of pocket on you, but pockets can always be sew down. Good luck on your hunt!

The shoes are a-mazing...makes me dream of summer...it's coming, I know!

I have not posted mine yet, as they are much too summery for the snow we still have. Rest assured you will see them soon, as I put together my Vacation in Hawaii capsule!

There is something ultra-luxurious about silk pants! Lose yourself in the world of hari and ENJOY THEM!
