Packing! New to Skinny Jeans. Help.

Good morning!

I have two hours before I need to leave for the airport to attend a professional conference. There are a couple of more casual events where jeans would be appropriate. Lately, I've just been wearing boyfriend jeans but I think those might skew too casual-- I want to look a bit more professional than that. So the boyfriend jeans are not coming with me.

I have a new pair of skinny jeans in a dark wash that skew more professional than my boyfriend jeans. BUT-- I've never worn skinny jeans. Here's one outfit I might wear, shown with and without the topper. What do you think? Can I wear this and not look ridiculous? Should I cuff the jeans or leave them scrunched above the booties? Do you have other ideas on what I should do differently or wear instead?

I think that these outfits look great on you. I like the jeans scrunched with the boots. You wear skinny jeans well.

And I like the skinny jeans rolled up with the boots and topper... I find the pale line of the inside of the denim bookends the jacket. But either works!

You look great in the jeans, enjoy the conference!

Those look great on you! (I'd also try on more skinny jeans in the future if they are comfortable, they look very flattering on your shape) Love the colors of your outfit. I like the roll, which is an interesting detail and makes the length hang more smoothly, but think they worked scrunched as well.

I'm a bit lat as well, but I think both tops look fab. And I agree that boyfriend jeans skew a bit more casual.
