Fi, I have to say that the most amazing 4th of July I had was when DH and I were flying back home into Boston. We flew at night and went right over what seemed like a dozen fireworks displays that we could see from the airplane window. NYC was spectacular from the air.

Morning: Parade watching, as my two boys and husband marched in the parade with their tae kwon do studio.

Afternoon: Stayed home and inside. Far too hot for much else.

Evening: Fireworks at the local park. Cotton candy and sno-cones (flavored crushed ice in a cup).
