Update on my birthday gift: I asked for an ipod nano, which I received as an early birthday present. I love it! I listen to podcasts when I walk to and from work and it is ideal for that purpose. I used to own the earlier nano and the display is truly a major improvement. As an NPR fan, I also like to be able to listen to radio on my ipod, very neat!
I also received a matching pair of earphones from skull candy and a pink snuggie. So far, I am loving both.

I have some realistic items and one ridiculous one. Realistic: long gloves; this scarf, in ivory (that color is no longer on the site, but I've had it on in person); a non-blingy handbag in the right shade of purple; this coat, in Moss. On the practical side, I also would love a new set of dishes, a new blanket for my bed, and flannel sheets.
