Cindy, I posted on the other thread, but I do not recommend my weight loss method.
Basically, depression caused me to totally lose my appetite. I have been in a mode where I have to force myself to eat, and nothing tastes right. As a result, the weight dropped right off, but who knows if it'll stay off.
I'm going to try to keep it off, now that my mood is improving. I realize now that a big reason I gained is quite simple: I let portion sizes creep up.
Sorry I don't have any better advice! Please don't follow this plan!!!!
