Sona, that was amazing.

You said it all so well, and I am truly grateful to have read it.

Cheers!

Well, that was an epiphany worth waiting for! Late as usual (drat my time zone!) and can't much add to what's been said already. Such hard-won, well-formed revelations that you put into practice with such grace - thank you for sharing them. It's a real gift to our community and an inspiration. You are lovely, eloquent and in case it hasn't been mentioned, so generous to other members here - I wear my UWP bullet necklace with pride. I truly feel this community has a collective soul like no other. And yes, Greg and Angie can't be thanked enough for that.

Your words and pictures about your Papa are the most beautiful part of this astoundingly beautiful post.

As a side note, I don't know if anyone else has had a family member meet YLFers, but my sister came with me to meet Zap and Modgirl. I think she was secretly suspicious of the idea that I'd be meeting people I only knew online. After we left, she commented on how we all seemed like dear old friends instead of people meeting for the first time, and she even is planning to shop with Zap in New York.

Such is the transformative power of this forum!.

Sona, you are so right and so wise! Congratulations on finishing your first year in YLF school with such style and eclat!

I need to learn from you as so many of your points resonated with me: get haircuts more regularly, make time for brow shaping, ignore the size on the label, knowing myself, etc, etc.

You really have your style figured out and your beautiful jewelry collection has become your signature element. Looking forward to seeing your continuing posts on YLF and I really hope we can somehow meet in person someday.

Such a touching post - you made me teary!

This is one of the best posts I have ever read on YLF, congratulations Sona and take care.

It was a treat to read your post celebrating your time with YLF. I think it's wonderful that you've found a strong and interesting style that is uniquely your own. And in spite of the ups and downs of your health you have always been kind and generous in your comments to others. Size is just a number, I agree, and we all need to celebrate the joy in our lives, and not dwell on the little imperfections.

Truly wonderful post, Sona - thank YOU! Congrats on becoming such a treasured YLF veteran!

P.S. I am still wearing and loving the elephant pendant you sent!

Thank you for such a beautiful post.

While I'm just beginning my journey on YLF, reading your eloquent and generous post makes me appreciate how amazing this forum is.

Congrats on your style epiphanies as well as your veteran status.

Wonderful post Sona! Thank you so much for putting it down in words and sharing. I will read your post again later on for inspiration. Congrats as a verteran - you are fab!

Beautiful, Sona, what an inspiration!

I love your bubbling coral reef comparison.....an you are an integral part of it.

Hugs, Lx

Thank you Sonia. I'm a newbie & love the way this forum works!

Ohh Sona, such a beautiful post from such an amazing lady!! Your thoughts were truly a delight to read, I found myself nodding along with everything (people always think I'm crazy when I tell them that the BEST pick-me-up is when I get my brows done each month, it's even better than a haircut or a new outfit for me!). Many, if not all, of your epiphanies extend so much further than "simply fashion", knowing yourself beyond the clothing. Very inspiring. I truly, dearly hope that things settle down for you and that your health improves to awesomeness. *HUGS* Thank you for sharing your thoughts and epiphanies with us, and congrats on becoming a Veteran

What beautiful, heartfelt sentiments from a beautiful woman. It is always a pleasure to read your posts and see your gorgeous pictures Sona. You are giving YLF so much just by virtue of your being your own glorious self. So glad to "know" you!

So beautifully said! It's wonderful having you in this community and congratulations on becoming a veteran.

Beautiful post Sona! You are just lovely and thank you for sharing.
