Adding my positive thoughts and vibes for your sister (and pup). I hope everything goes well with surgery and outcome.

My prayers as well //\\

Offering my prayers and best wishes to you.

I cant begin to thank you all *so much* I had tears streaming down my face reading all the supportive responses. The good news is the nodule is small- 1.5 cm, but definitely has to be tested. They are trying to locate old x-rays at the moment, but are going to schedule a CAT scan and possible biopsy. Biscuit has a Dr appt late this afternoon to see what, if anything, can be done for him....will keep you posted. God Bless you all!

Oh no, this is awful news. Sending you loving good thoughts.

I've had you in my thoughts all day. I had to come back and check on you:)

Good, I am glad that things are moving fast. At least the issue has been identified, that is half the battle.

I wanted to share a bit of my experience having an relative, who is ill with the disease, in case the news come back not as great. We are fighting the good fight for my grandma, who was diagnosed with stomach cancer about a year ago. What we all have learned, as a family, is that the word cancer is not the end of it all. There is a lot of alternatives, treatments etc. Also, we seem to be going thru the " best of times" while going thru the "worst of times". The moments, anecdotes, memories of all of us coming together as a family, to support her, have turned the dire news into a celebration of life and hope.

Stay strong and positive. You can handle this!

... and a million hugs for biscuit baby... I hope he gets better too!

Please feel free to IM me if you think I can help with anything, of if you just want to vent. I was the primary person in charge of finding treatments, contacting doctors etc, in my grandma's case.

Thank you again...Zap, your Grandma is in my prayers too... we did lose both our parents to cancer, same kind-adenocarcinoma- which spreads from organ to organ
The outlook for lung cancer is grim, at best...she is having a CAT scan this coming Tuesday, so we should find out more info soon...Im really trying not to panic, but its hard. Found out yesterday that Biscuit may have stomach cancer He is having a fluid buildup in his stomach, which Im praying is just inflammation, but he is looking very bony elsewhere He's sticking to me like glue, so I cant get online much, but everyone-please know I appreciate your concern and support more than I can say...
