The New Rules is kicking my butt! I am just over halfway through Stage 2 nd while the A workout is tough but doable, the interval training after the B workout is wiping the floor with me!

It is sooo different from what the personal trainer I had for 6 months o so had me do a few years back. Maybe this will work and give me some muscles and bone!

Thistle, I was just at the doctor this week and found out that my previous doctor, while she told me I had osteoporosis, didn't tell me how advanced it is in my spine. I have done weight bearing exercises for years, eaten lean protein and low carb, taken Fosomax and vitamin D. I have a bunch of lab work tomorrow. The situation is scary. Big hugs!
