My new midi black BR lace skirt needs a top. Purchased without one (one of Angie’s don’ts, or I wouldn’t be here, this moment!) and for one occasion (also a don’t on some lists, mine incl), I need suggestions for dressy tops (I have a wedding in early October and am the Reader and grandma of the bride) and other occasions so that i can wear it more often.
