Well, the chat went nowhere. Very polite response which ended up being redirected to their UK office (after some investigation by the person on the other end of the chat) ( I was on the UK site at the time, so not sure what that's all about) for followup by email. UGH.

Jenava - uh oh. I wonder. Now I have to go back and see what address is associated with my PayPal account. I do have postal rerouting service though - but if it was delivered by a courier, this might have been the problem. I'm STILL waiting to hear though...

Could be Lisa, they use DHL, not the postal service. Your order confirmation must have your address on it though?? So at least you can see if that was the issue??

Received a reply back from some dude in the UK office claiming I must have missed some previous correspondence. Apparently they were "unable to process" my order and encouraged me to try again. Well - I'm not sure I understand that, as it was indeed processed and shipped. I think I'm done with this - and am quickly losing interest in pursuing it further. Note to self not to order from them again.

I had thought their customer service better than that. BOO. You know I say this as a Boden lover, but they deserve to lose your business.

Yes, money was refunded awhile ago. So weird.

Well you’ve removed any curiosity I may have had about Boden orders, which is a good thing. I’m currently dealing with a $25 ‘restocking fee’ from Border Free when Lands End promises a $10 USD flat return fee, which is also highly annoying, so I’m probably back to Canadian orders only.

I've had Boden correspondence get stuck in my spam and junk mail folder when I first began ordering from them. It was about entering the wrong expiration dates of my card. I found out weeks later when I enquired about my order. They had indeed tried to tell me.

I also had a online ordering snafus because of the address change on my cards despite changing things online and on the phone - but that was not Boden.

Sorry about the outcome of this - I was hopeful. But pleased you got a full refund.
