Ordering from ASOS

Hi, I'm super tempted to order the shoes that Angie had on your blog post today. I'm wondering what your experience is ordering from ASOS, since I don't know too much about them? They are offering free shipping and returns to the US but am wondering if how they are with that? TIA!

I have ordered from ASOS once. Shipping is slow both ways but I had no problems getting my refund when I returned my order. Just be prepared for the money to be inaccessible for a while.

Hmmmm, it says that you will receive the order in 6 business days from ordering, would you say that is true? I guess that's slow when you live in the US (its' not when you live in Canada lol). I'm just wondering because I will be in the US for a limited time.

I found it slow, too. And the tracking part was useless lol. I got an accessory, not clothing.

I've ordered a few things, and it usually did take a while for the items to arrive (even though I'm in Belgium and items were shipped from the UK).

It takes AT LEAST 2 weeks for things to reach me, and the tracking is really bizarre - like all of a sudden nothing shows up, and then it's at my door before the tracking is updated. I've never had a problem with returning things, though that is slow as well. Twice their carrier has lost things on the way, though.

Ok thanks! I won't try to get anything sent to my mom's for the I will be there. I should probably wait to go shopping when I'm there anyway. I'm sure I will find things there. I do LOVE those shoes, though!

I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago and received it on the 6th day. The tracking was not very useful since the shoes arrived before the tracking was updated.

I ordered a blazer in two sizes. The shipping was rather slow, definitely not the place you want to buy from if you need something ASAP, but the return process, was really simple. I would order from them again.

ETA: I do have that tracking issue wth others stores outside US like S&K and Topshop. I think it is a Fedex flaw, rather than the actual store, for me. I'm in NYC.
