I've made my decisions and am ready to send in my returns, but when I went to my Nordstrom account to start my return, it won't let me because the items are still "on their way." Is there a way around that, or do I just have to wait?

Not all of my items arrived with return labels or even printed identifying information with the item # and such. Plus, I'd like to combine the returns into one or two boxes. It would be so much easier to just generate the label and item list online!
