Every four years I become glued to the TV for a couple weeks, watching the Olympics.
After discovering swimmers wear two caps- one under the goggle straps and one over, now l've moved on to track and field. What has stood out to me? Orange shoes, of course. Why is everyone wearing neon orange shoes? Apparently it has to do with the aesthetic of a purple track. Shoe manufacturers decided orange would stand out best against a purple track.
