As you guys probably know, my Born Arletta oxfords are some of my favorite shoes. They are super comfy and seem to go with everything. However, both of my pairs are now on their last legs (in a non-fixable way, sadly) and I have been dreading the day when I'll have to retire them.
So imagine how happy I am to see these shoes, the Born Bristol, on the Born website today! They look like an almost exact clone of the Arletta, except that they have a full wingtip design whereas the Arletta had a straight line. (Photo 1 is the Bristol, and photo 2 is the Arletta.) I hope the comfort and fit are the same too. The only down side is that they only come in black and brown right now, and what I really want are grey and gold to replace my dying Arlettas.
I am seriously tempted to buy the black and get some grey Tarrago dye though. I'm still hoping that more colors will appear in the fall though (hoping for a light one!).
