If I think of this jacket for myself, then it is really too much and rather kooky. However, if it is something that really speaks to you, then I also would not judge that. If you wear it with that inner sass that says "hey, I know what I like", then it works. But Mae is probably right: if DS couldn't handle Oxfords, then you should plug your ears as you walk by.

This jacket is on my wishlist too, April! If I get down to Anthro soon, I will try it on and let you know what it's like. Or if you get down there, will you update us?

Gosh, that is beautiful. The jacket reminds me of Betty Draper's equestrian wear from season 2 of Mad Men, only funkier due to the mixed fabrics. Please show us what it looks like in person!
