Obsessions..can't help..

I'm obsessed with dresses and I'm obsessed with Asos.. so many lovely and trendy dresses!
I have tried asos before to buy mainly necklaces, but never tried to by clothes online there, returns to UK are expensive, so I need to be sure that the item has good quality and good fit.

I know you all have more experience in online shopping.. what do you think of these dresses?

Wow, Rute, those are some gorgeous dresses! I particularly like the first one for its feminine details. I don't know anything about ASOS fit so I can't help you there. Hopefully someone else will chime in with some feedback. The only thing that worries me is all the high-neck tops which I try to avoid because of the large bust issue.

I used to avoid higher necks but last winter I used them with long bold necklaces to create the illusion of a V and Angies said that it worked!

Bj1111 that is one FAB dress! Maybe you could try it, yes it has pleats but is so fitted that I think it could work!

Hi Rute! I'm not familiar with this site, but those are some very pretty dresses. I especially love the first dress, and I agree that the last one would look terrific with a BF sweater and belt! I know people have linked to this site before and I'm sure they will chime in. Good luck!

the third dress doesn't seem as out of the ordinary but is a very nice dress at a great price so it depends on what you're looking for.

i also really like dress #1.

Thank you ladies.. so it seems I should try dresses 1,3 and 4.
No one knows asos but if I don't like the quality I'll send them back..
As to the sizes, I used the chart and measured myself, it seems I'm a UK size 12...

i just ordered from allsaints, a uk company. i normally wear a us size 2 and had to size up to a uk 10. the vest fit in the waist, but was still tight across the torso. forget about buttoning at the belly. this may be allsaints sizing, though my limited experience with john lewis, a uk company as well, is similar.

Bj1111, Thanks for the information, I'm afraid 12 is small for me.. but I used the charter with the measurements of the waist, hips, etc. in cm.. maybe I should go for a sike up?

I like the first two. Wasn't sure about the last one until you mentioned belting a cardi over it. Yes, try it!
