What's the best way to tie these? in a bow or knotted with the ends hanging? I went with the second option today tried it with a bow which i kinda like but can't decide if it's too bulky x

It depends on the belt itself. Sometimes, a tie in a neat reef knot is best (less bulky from the side) and sometimes a bow works too. To me, a bow looks more bulky.

It depends on the belt, I prefer just with a knot, but yours is so long that I think the best option is a bow.. I prefer the third option.
