Is anyone having the same issue with their Nordstrom Notes like my sister and I? We are both Level 4 shoppers and when we schedule 10 point days or triple point days it seems like we have to call Nordstrom Card Services and babysit our points to make sure we are getting the correct amount! This year I have spent the same amount of money if not more as previous years at different Nordstrom Stores or Nordstrom Rack and it seems like my notes have been cut in half! We called card services recently and two items didn't get processed as a 10 point day for my sister (that were $500 each) and for me I first called and was asked by Eric in customer service, "what makes you think you didn't get your points" last week and then called again this week and low and behold "we have a system glitch and your points didn't process and now we are manually sending you a note" and adding up the "manual points" she said I am getting $40 in notes but I added up and figured I should be getting $60. My sis and I are getting quite frustrated with this whole thing and have been Level 4 shoppers for at least 5 years and are about done unless they improve upon this. Any one else out there having this issue? Thanks!
