Nordstrom customer service is fab, but you need to be persistent.  I have been wondering if I received a couple of the right NAS items, and called their customer service number today.  I was hung up on at least 3 times but finally got a great representative who is sending me the platinum ( I received the smoke) Gallery vest and the Kut Dianas so I can compare to the Donnas.  I will probably keep the Donnas but I wondered about how the fit compares. I will report back when I get the corrected items. 
ETA: The Diannas order was cancelled by Nordstrom.
