Here are some quick snaps and reviews of my NAS order. As I mentioned last night, I'm probably keeping almost everything I ordered, which was unexpected. For once it all fits perfectly.
Anyway I thought I'd write a few quick reviews of my items because I haven't seen these items discussed much yet.
PS- I didn't style these (just put them on over the top I was wearing and grabbed the nearest available oxfords) but I actually really like these as outfits!
Halogen tweed jacket: I ordered 2 sizes, M and PM. The sleeves on PM are too short and it looks boxier than the M. The PM is already boxed up to go back so all the photos are the regular M. I'll probably never wear it all zipped up but as you can see it fits perfectly even when zipped all the way up. I love this and can see it working with all sorts of outfits. TTS for me, will be too short for long waisted folks.
BlankNYC crop flare jeans: I ordered these on a whim bc I wanted non distressed, midrise black jeans and they were inexpensive. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well they fit! The mid rise is perfect for me. The fabric is on the thin side, more like a twill than a classic denim, but it's comfy, smooth, and not too stretchy or clingy. They are TTS for me but might run big for straighter figures.
Rag and Bone Dre: these fit almost exactly like my old, light wash Dres, which means I love them. Some might find them too skinny but this is exactly the fit I was after. They are good both on their own and tucked into boots. The rise and fabric are just like my old ones - that cottony soft denim without too much stretch. They are maybe 1/2" too long but I think they look fine, plus they can also be cuffed. For the record I did not find the calves too tight at all. TTS for me.
Halogen scarf: this is bigger than I expected (I wrapped it twice around my neck here) but I like that. The fabric is quite thin so it's not bulky even with the large size. Very soft and comfy.
