It feels strange trying on a wool jacket when it’s 102 outside. So obviously I haven’t styled anything.
1-4. This is the Halogen boiled wool jacket. My husband made a face when he saw it. He didn’t like *anything* about it. He said it reminded him of Dolores Umbridge (from Harry Potter). I guess because it’s pink. I’ve turned up the sleeve in 1. Anyway, I think I’m going to return it.
5-6. These are the Aquatalia boots in blue. They feel pretty good. They are 1/2 larger than my normal size. I’m planning to keep them.
In finds:
Donald Pliner loafers: these fit okay, but they look kind of cheap like the pattern was photocopied onto the leather. I’m returning them.
Blondo booties: I didn’t even take these out of the box. They look tan rather than grey.
Dansko clogs: I’ve had several pairs of these over the years, but never in grey. And they do look grey! Funny how they look brown and the Blondo booties look grey in the pictures.
Treasure and Bond scarf: It’s very pretty. I’m undecided mainly because I have several pink scarves already. I’ll have to evaluate them.
