I love the BLANKNYC moto -- couldn't score the green, but the black would probably be more versatile anyhow. Which size is better? I'm barefoot in the size M (1-2), and wearing boots with sizes S (3-4). I'm inclined to keep one or the other. Couldn't really layer under the S but in my climate that's not the end of the world.

Next: Caslon red sweater coat (5). I think the fit is correct, but this is a different style/silhouette for me, so I want input. I like it but I'm not sure if it's flattering. FWIW, if you are sensitive to scratchy/itchy fabrics, you would not like this! It doesn't bother me at all -- I have merino wool sweaters I wear next to my skin all the time and this is about the same.

Next up: Halogen tie blouse (6-7). Angie recommended this for apples which I am not, so I had modest hopes. But I like it! I tried this in both this and the blue flower colorway, both in size S. The blue one was too big but this one fits well. My main question is the length. Too long? What do you think? I could hem it myself, no big deal really.

I had a few other duds -- Munro Drew booties (too loose in ankle, and I didn't really love the look on my foot), NYDJ blouse (tight arms but overall pyjama-like ambiance - not what I was going for), and a non-NAS sale blazer that was waaay too short in arms and overall length.

I'll put my winners in a separate post. I am still waiting on a few things too.
