I'm still in the buy/return phase for a few things, but here's what's worked for me so far.
Halogen Knit Moto: I got this in the blue in my regular size. I was on the fence with this one, but ultimately decided to keep it since it fills a hole (I never feel I have enough casual yet polished indoor toppers in the colder months). I don't think it's worth full price, though. Some reviewers say it's itchy but I will wear it with long sleeves and am not usually bothered by fabric content. It's fluid yet a bit structured, lightweight but warm.
Topshop Dree released hem jeans: I had to size up but these are a keeper. I like the 99% cotton, the length is perfect for my 5'4", and I had been wanting to play around with released hem denim. At this price point, it'll be fun to try this style.
Rag and Bone the Dre: I have these in the burgundy from last year, and I wore them constantly so this was an easy one for me and a nice change from all the blue denim I have, as Angie also noted. The color is very dark, almost black in some lights, so these will fit in with my existing fall/winter wardrobe.
Halogen kick flare pants: I got these at last year's NAS in the black, so this was an easy one for me too. This time I went with grey, which are a bit lighter grey than I'd like yet will contrast nicely with all the dark tops and sweaters I wear in the colder months.
Tahari Skylar leather moto: This one makes my heart go pitter-patter A burgundy/merlot leather moto has been a HEWI for a long time, and at this price I had to try it. I sized down as Angie suggested and I think it's perfect. I already have another leather jacket (different style) in a shinier merlot that I use as outerwear, but I do think this one will fill a different hole. I will think keep it for a very long time.
