LOVE the tiny hat, it is super super cute! I like it both hair up and hair down, but to me hair up looks more polished and formal, and hair down looks more sassy and casual. Depends on which elements you find your outfit ends up needing. Can't wait to see the full outfit! Great sandals, too. I dig the idea of having mixed metallic sandals, I haven't really seen that.

Absolutely stunning.

I was looking at your pics when the power went out and then thought I had responded. Well first off I thought hair down but honestly hair up is fabulous too. Now after a few more power outages I realize it's a good thing my brain got fried as well as the compouter's as I do believe hair up would be more in keeping with the style you are going for.
