I always follow Angie's advice on pants and jeans length! I fret over it far too much. The chambray top would look great, if I weren't comparing it to the N&Z one. The length and the curve of the hem are not quite as flattering to my eye. But, a good sleeve scrunch might add just the right structure and draw the eye up.

And the dress and shoes and fantastic! Along with your bracelet, you found some great items!

Honestly, a chambray shirt is just OK to my eye, looks far less interesting and flattering than other pieces.

I'm glad Angie has you sorted on the jeans length. They look good to me, but I have a hard time judging lengths! And I can't get past those fab loafers, and how they are stunning on you. Super cool look with your dynamite haircut and color. Love the dress, with the boots and burgundy bag! The N&Z sweater looks made for you, and so good with the different support acts here. I like the tunic, too. I like how you've created a column of denim with it. I can also see it with white jeans.

Kathie, Irina and Firecracker, thank you for the helpful comments! I know I can find Angie's sleeve-scrunching tutorial here and that will help the shape of the tunic. White jeans is a great suggestion! A bit of collar popping and even trying some small shoulder pads might be just the thing, too.

I'm headed to Nordstrom today to make my returns. There is only one Nordstrom in all of Phoenix so it's hectic even on a non-NAS day, much less a Saturday during NAS. I will be focused on my mission to get in and get out!

I'm still envious of the NYDJ pants -- those did not appear in Canada but I would surely have ordered if they. had -- they are going to work great for you. Love the dress, too, and the sweater has beautiful detailing. So nice to find a sweater that works in your warm climate.

I did a little work to style the tunic with a proper sleeve scrunch and some shoulder pads. Added pale pink denim for something a little unexpected. Thank you all for the very kind words and Angie, thanks for the styling tips that made this tunic a winner!

Thank you, Bijou! I'm so happy with my new things, especially since I live in a hot climate and by all rights, NAS should not be a great sale for me. But I am the first to be ready to be proven wrong, and NAS turned out amazing this year!
